David Walter

David Walter has been a successful and highly dedicated professional businessman, with a passion for real estate for many years. Now real estate is my career. As a transplant from north of the Mason Dixon Line, I apologize blame this on my parents. Houston is where I call home for the past thirty plus years, David enthusiastically embraces the traditions and the culture of the great Lone Star State!

David’s profound respect for others and his commitment to exceed each client’s expectations are reflected in his mission statement and his personal life as well. “To do the right thing, treat each client with trust, loyalty, and friendship. David’s goal is to make the real estate experience one that is seamless and as simplified as it can be.

In his down time, David is an avid college football fan, cycling (has completed the MS 150- 6 times), looks forward to traveling with his family, as well as working out. David is blessed to be married to Sherrie, a senior design consultant at trade show/exhibit company in Houston. Sherrie and David frequently enjoy traveling to either coast of Mexico and often take family members. The Walter’s make their home in the West Houston/Memorial area.
