Green Screen Studio

Here at Keller Williams Energy Corridor and Keller Williams Memorial Realty, we offer numerous perks to our employees and agents, which is what this blog is all about filling you in on! One of the perks we’d like to tell you about today is our green screen studio.

We have an in-house green screen studio! This is where real estate agents can have their videos recorded, with lights and a teleprompter. Agents can log in to reserve the room in 30-minute blocks and can shoot their own green screen videos in that time, or full service is also available. Agents can schedule an appointment at Agent Services, and their video can be filmed and edited for a fee by Jonathan Omoyeni.

Jonathan says that in the year 2000 is when he fell in love with technology and the power to capture and tell a story using a camera. This love pushed him to become an expert in the media production field. In 2002, he decided to go to the University of Houston to purse a degree in Media Production, and upon graduation, he began to showcase his expertise at The R.O.C.K. Ministries in Alvin, TX by managing the media production ministry.

It was in 2005 that his twin brother and he made a plan to create a production company that caters to the rapidly ever-growing media market. Jonathan said, “With this company, we are able to get the needed videography services to the public with the utmost quality and affordability.”

Here at KW Memorial and KW Energy Corridor, we are lucky to have Jonathan on board to help us with our green screen studio productions, and as one of our team members, that fortune extends to you!

Video marketing is more important than ever, and is increasingly becoming the favorite form of marketing among young consumers. According to Inman News, 85 percent of buyers and sellers want to work with an agent who uses video. They also reported that including video in emails doubles the click-through rate and reduces opt-outs by 75 percent!

Some more statistics: Blog posts incorporating video attract three times as many inbound links as blog posts without video. Online video now accounts for 50 percent of all mobile traffic. The average user spends 88 percent more time on a website with video. More than 1 billion unique users visit YouTube each month, but only 4 percent of real estate agents have a YouTube channel!

Using the green screen studio, you can create a welcome video for your website’s homepage, create video blog posts, create videos to send in emails, create video listings and more. Then you can share these videos on social media platforms and on your own YouTube page.
